Temiryol Sugurta

Temiryol Sugurta is general insurance company providing insurance services in all 17 classes of voluntary insurance with an emphasis on transport, freight and property and financial insurance. Temiryol Sugurta is in Top 9 insurance companies according to the premiums collected.

Uzbek Leasing International

Uzbek Leasing International was established in 1996 as the first leasing company in Uzbekistan. The current leasing portfolio consists of about 300 active projects with the total amount of approximately US$ 40 mln. net lease receivables.

Bektemir metall konstruksiyalari

BMK is the first and only hot-dip galvanization facility of large sized metals in the Central Asia. In addition, it is the only producer of galvanized road barriers, lightening poles and galvanized pipes in Uzbekistan. Production volume: galvanization facility – 65,000 tons/year.

Binket group

A manufacturer of high quality interior doors and cabinet furniture. At the present, the company produces two types of interior doors under the brands PORTO MIO and DORRO. The plant -with the territory of 8 hectares- is located in Tashkent. The production capacity covers 28 000 sq. meters and it equipped with modern, high-performance production equipment from SCM (Italy) and Homag (Germany).

Universal Logistics Services

ULS, established in 2013, is the containers terminal market leader with the highest rate of containers handling (installed capacity – 120,000 TEU). ULS is located at the Chuqursay railway freight station – the railway station with largest freight turnover and with 57% market share in Tashkent Region. It is the biggest railway trans-shipment hub on the main railway from Kazakhstan and Russia.

Riviera Mall

Opened in August 2020, Riviera Mall is one of its kind in Tashkent in terms of design and atmosphere. It is a special mall, where an unrepeated mix of high-end international brands and entertainment facilities including ice rink, cinema as well as the unique terrace meet under one roof within 40,370 sqm GBA.

Compass mall

One of the largest shopping and entertainment centers in Tashkent by area. The construction, with an area of more than 38,400 square meters, with a unique design is a new landmark of the area. Glass roofs with a total area of 1,500 square meters provide natural light to the atrium and all the corridors of the complex.

Samarqand Darvoza

Mall opened in March 2014. About 5 million people annually visit the shopping center with the largest building area in the country. This modern-style complex is the center of shopping and a wide range of entertainment, with a GBA 41,000 sqm.

UzOman Tower

UzOman Tower is one of the leading and most attractive business centers in Tashkent operating since 2010. Business center's primary activity is renting of its office premises and also space for recreational activity (restaurants, spa salon and gym).

Simurg Business Center

A-class business center located at one of the most desired locations of Tashkent city, Amir Temur Avenue. Operating since 2018, Simurg’ Business Center has 17 790 sqm commercial area, where it gathers leading international and local organizations.

PRIME CERAMICS

Prime Ceramics was established in 2009 as medium-class ceramic tiles producer in Uzbekistan. The plant has two production lines based on advanced Italian technologies (SACMI) with combined annual production capacity equaling to 5mln sq. m. tiles.

POLIFLEKS

Polifleks the largest printing company in Central Asia, produces a cardboard packaging and label products as well as a number of soft packaging for the local market players and for export.

POLISPEKTR

Polispektr produces a printing products for advertising companies as well as cardboard packaging and label production for domestic market.

GOLD DRIED FRUITS EXPORT

GDF Export is the one of the leading fresh, dried and frozen fruits and vegetables producers in Uzbekistan. The Company operates in Tashkent and has a new production facility in Surkhandarya Region. Company established in 2016 by GDF, UOIC and Metal Progress. GDF by that time was one of the biggest fruits & vegetables producing and trading company in Uzbekistan.

BINOKOR HBF

Binokor HBF is the pioneer in producing panels for multi-storied apartment, with the annual capacity of 500,000 sq.m living space per year.

BINOKOR TBS

Binokor TBS is the leading reinforced concrete products producer in Uzbekistan. The company produces more than 200 types of reinforced concrete products, including hollow slabs, pylons for power lines, pillars, staircases, fencing panels, beams and columns. Annual production capacity is 44 ths. m3 of reinforced concrete products, 711 ths. sq.m. of hollow slabs and 471 ths. m3 of ready mixed concrete.

DORKOMPLEKTSNAB SERVIS

Dorkomplektsnab Servis is the one of the leading crushed stone producers in Uzbekistan operating since 2011. The Company operates at Ziyavuddin granite deposit. Deposit construction was initiated in 1967 by the state enterprise 'Granit'. In 2015 the Company sat up another break stones facility in Angren region. Annual production capacity - 1.2 mln.m3 of granite stones.

Pipes production – 95,000 tons/year.
