Uzbek-Oman Investment Company (UOIC) established a new Company under its holding – Ain Property Management (AIN) – to consolidate the management of all the retail portfolio of UOIC under one umbrella. AIN is committed to providing enhanced visitors experiences and improving services to tenants in the shopping malls. AIN has already signed agreements with Riviera Mall, Samarqand Darvoza Mall and Compass Mall. The company will play an active role in further contributing to the development of the retail sector of Uzbekistan by introducing cutting edge value add practices.
