The event held for the first time in Uzbekistan, and brought together the best representatives of the industry development, construction, architecture, design, building designers, investors, management and operating companies, equipment manufacturers and system integrators.

Samarkand Darvoza – the mall opened in March 2014. About 5 million people annually visit the shopping center with the largest building area in the country. This modern-style complex is the center of shopping and a wide range of entertainment, with a GBA 41,000 sqm.
UzOman Tower – The business center is one of the leading and most attractive location in Tashkent operating since 2010. Except renting of its office premises and space, the business center also has developed infrastructure for recreational activity (restaurants, spa salon and gym).
We believe that both awards are reflection of our teams efforts and dedication to reach our common goals despite of global pandemic and economical challenging period.
In total there were 14 awards covering commercial real estates and retail services. The organizer of the event is Kazakhstan Networking Partners. The company arranges annual nominations of top business representatives in Central Asian since 2013. Also it has been working with FIABCI (International Real Estate Federation, International Federation of Commercial Real Estate Market Professionals), a representative of the IREM Institute (Institute of Real Estate Management, Institute of Real Estate Management in Chicago, USA), a BIFM partner (the British Institute of Facilities Management, British Institute of Facility Management).
