Two of the largest shareholders of Uzbekleasing International JSC, UOIC along with NBU successfully completed subscription to the right issue aimed to improve financial performance and increase market share of Uzbekleasing. On December 16, 2022, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan registered an increase of the share capital of the company in the amount of UZS 110 bln.
