The event was attended by Agency experts, patent attorneys, lawyers of the State Tax Committee, representatives of the Ministry of Culture, the Union of Composers, the Antimonopoly Committee of Uzbekistan, and the State Inspection for Control in the Field of Informatization and Telecommunications of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Session was also attended by the winners of the competition for the WIPO Medal "For Invention" and the award "The Best Organization Implementing Activities in the Field of Intellectual Property" and the competition "Best IP - 2019 - the Best Intellectual Property Object" held by the Agency.
Foreign experts participated in the session, including WIPO representative, Ilya Gribkov, head of the department for Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the Caucasus; Rector of the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property Ivan Bliznets, Professor of the Moldavian State University Dorian Kiroshka; Judge of the District Court of Munich - Oliver Sean; Lorenzo Montanari - Executive Director, International Alliance for Property Rights (USA); David Saussinan - Director of the Association for Social and Legal Affairs in Combating Counterfeiting (Italy).
